Admission Process

The admission process of our school starts every year at the beginning of the academic session. For the admission process, the parents and students are requested to schedule an appointment with the admission committee, collect the admission form and submit the filled admission form with required documents and photograph.

  • The online admission process in Class XI for the academic year 2025-26 is active now.
  • Students have to apply through the given link.
  • Available subjects are English, Bengali, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, History, Political Science, Economics, Psychology, Electronics & Hardware(Vocational), Dance (Katthak). IT, ECCE
  • Students will get admission as per merit list which will publish in the school website.
  • Read carefully the following before apply :
  • Admission into Class XI in Vidyajyoti Schools will be made through Online mode only and by no other means.
  • Applicant will be allowed to apply for any Vidyajyoti Schools throughout the State.
  • Selection will be made strictly on the basis of marks obtained in Secondary Examination (Madhyamik or equivalent) conducted by Recognised Board.
  • For Science Stream the sum of Science, Math, Eng & aggregate marks will be taken into account for preparation of merit position.
  • Student opted for Science stream (with Mathematics as a subject) must have appeared Madhyamik/ Secondary Examination with standard Mathematics as a subject.
  • For Humanities & Commerce the sum of marks obtained in SST, English & aggregate mark will be taken into account for preparation of merit position.
  • If any applicant passed the Secondary Examination in the academic session prior to 2024-25, he/she should have to submit a self declaration at the time of admission regarding reason for lapses of last academic sessions.
  • Admission will be given against vacant seats as per reservation norms.
  • Schools may reserve seats (as required) in different streams for own students and offer remaining seats for outside students.
  • List of selected candidates of their own & outside schools shall be displayed in School’s own website/Notice Board by the respective school prior to the date of 1st counselling.
  • During counselling applicant should produce all original testimonials.
  • Self attested photo copies of all testimonials are required to be submitted during counselling.
  • Once a student is selected for admission and he/she fails to complete the process of admission by the stipulated date, the next student as per merit list (category-wise) will be given chance.
  • Any wrong information detected during counselling, candidature of the concerned applicant shall liable to be automatically cancelled.
